This is a two-bay truck shop. The information we collect exists so we can quote your job, order the right parts and get your vehicle back to you. Nothing here is used for anything else.

What we collect

Through the booking form: your name, phone number, vehicle year, make and model, current suspension setup, the work you want, whether you are supplying parts, and any notes about noises, pulling or tire wear. When you drop a vehicle off, the same details plus your address and VIN go on the work order, because the VIN is what parts suppliers order against.

Our host keeps standard access logs — IP, user agent, page, timestamp — for security. This site carries no advertising trackers and no third-party profiling scripts.

Why we need it

To quote labour and parts, order the correct kit for your specific vehicle, record alignment readings before and after, honour the warranty on our work, and call you when we find something on the lift that changes the job — seized hardware, a worn ball joint, a control arm that will not get caster back into spec.

Who sees it

The owner and the technicians working your vehicle. Your VIN and part numbers go to our suspension, wheel and lighting distributors purely to fulfil the order. We do not sell or rent customer information and we do not hand it to lead-generation services or extended-warranty callers.

How long we keep it

Booking requests that do not become work are cleared after 12 months. Work orders, alignment records and invoices are kept for seven years — alignment sheets in particular matter if there is ever a question about how a vehicle left the shop.

Your choices

Call (813) 555-0164 or email [email protected] to ask what we hold, correct it, or have a booking request deleted. Records tied to completed work and to our warranty obligations are retained.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Booking submissions go to a shop mailbox with two-factor authentication. Paper work orders live in the office at 611 S Alexander St.

Children

Vehicles are booked in by their registered owners. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Revisions are reflected in the date above.
